The Topeka Chapter of The Links Inc. was organized in November 1958 with a commitment to enriching, sustaining, and ensuring the identities, culture, and economic survival of African-Americans and persons of African descent. As such, our chapter is dedicated to assisting young African American students in their pursuit of higher education.
