The Topeka (KS) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated continues to implement programs that are responsive to the academic, cultural, health, social awareness, career development, and mentoring needs of youth. The Services to Youth facet is an integrated approach to preparing young people to succeed in the 21st century workforce.

With the help of the Topeka community, we have been able to provide college scholarships. Scholarship recipients are tracked and support provided throughout their collegiate matriculation. Recipients are encouraged to return to the Topeka community and join in our efforts to effect positive community change.

Organized in 1958, the Topeka (KS) Chapter has been steadfast in their pursuit to transform the Topeka community through friendship and service. The Topeka (KS) Chapter has been dedicated to providing high-quality, sustainable and relevant programming and service to Topeka, Shawnee & Douglas counties.
